With expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, attachment theory, emotion-focused practice, classic addiction recovery models, and mindfulness strategies, he takes a person-centered approach to client work.

Having recently relocated from Melbourne, John is embracing the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, balancing his professional practice with his passion for motorcycles, running, and fitness. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog Soda and looking for new things to eat.
