Abigail holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and has a passion for living a natural, healthy lifestyle centred on movement and nourishment. Being a nutritionist, Abi enjoys helping others have fun in the kitchen and learning about the importance of food for the body, mind, and soul. A long-time yogi, Abigail is a Yoga Therapist and loves sharing the benefits of multiple yoga modalities and their effects on nervous system regulation and body longevity. As well as the physical practice, Abigail shares tools of mindfulness, meditation, and breath awareness with guests and loves witnessing the ripples of these implementations on their wellbeing.
Having moved with her partner to a 50-acre farm in the hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast, Abigail has a passion for homegrown produce and works regularly on her farm to embody farm-to-table eating. When not at work, Abi is hiking the many trails of the hinterland, practicing yoga, dancing with friends and spending time on the land with her partner and many dogs!
