In 2020, Bill joined Noosa Confidential as a Guest Support professional. With his exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic nature, Bill quickly became an invaluable member of the team. He has been actively involved in providing compassionate support and guidance to the facility's guests, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with care and understanding.
In addition to his work as a Guest Support professional, Bill is currently pursuing his breathwork facilitator course and a Psychology degree at Queensland University. He understands the importance of continuous learning and seeks to expand his knowledge and skills to better serve individuals facing mental health challenges. Bill's educational pursuits reflect his determination to provide comprehensive and effective support to those who require it most.
