Victoria holds a Bachelor of Medical Science - Nutrition (with Distinction) and is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia.
Victoria offers her services from a real-life perspective as she manages to blend her work in Behavioural Nutrition with her own range of Fermented Foods (Farmhouse Ferments), a 200-acre farm in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, the menagerie that accompanies, 4 children and a husband.
Victoria also consults in the agricultural sector connecting farmers of nutrient-dense food and consumers.
