Every guest is unique, and therefore each program is highly personalised and tailored. Catering to a maximum of 5 guests, and having a large degree qualified team, we have the capacity to take into consideration your individual needs, circumstances and personal preferences to create a solution-focused program that guarantees success. Your therapy, diet, exercises and activities will all be designed in alignment with your values, beliefs, mindsets and goals.
Throughout your program, you can expect all emotional therapies and physical treatments to be delivered exclusively one-on-one. You will not be asked to share with other guests, nor be expected to join group yoga or exercise classes. Your personalised program is all about you.
Access to the outside world is encouraged. Guests have the ability to work throughout their program and keep in touch with family and friends using technology or face to face visits. To ensure guests feel at home you can even bring your pet (conditions apply). Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Feel secure knowing we offer 24-hour on-site support. We also have degree qualified therapists on standby during the night. The specific location of the retreat is kept confidential to ensure safety and privacy.
For guests determined to remain anonymous, we have the capacity to deliver the entire program without any interaction with other guests.
