Qualified Yoga & Pilates Practitioner / Certified NLP Therapist
Aaron is a qualified Pilates Instructor and Yoga Therapist, which is his foundation for creating a balanced lifestyle through health and fitness.
Practicing Yoga for 25 years and Pilates for 20 years he found his way to becoming an instructor several years ago, continually exploring the effectiveness of combining strength and flexibility which he shares at Noosa Confidential.
For the last 18 years he has also run a corporate team building company, creating and facilitating new ways for individuals and teams to work together more effectively.
Keeping a close relationship with nature, you’ll find him surfing, kayaking, mountain climbing or down hill mountain biking in his own time - enjoying the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and all that the beautiful Sunshine Coast has to offer.
With a passion for understanding the variables associated with individual performance, he has most recently become a qualified NLP Practitioner to further discover the benefits of living close to nature with a mindful balance between body and mind.

What does wellbeing look like for you, day to day?
Staying committed to the agreements I’ve made with myself.
Connecting to nature, exercising daily, eating fresh, moving at the pace I decide is right for today.
What’s one small ritual or practice that helps keep you centred?
Setting my intention each morning, and in the evening reflecting on how my choices moved me towards or away from that intention.
Why did you choose to work in this space?
It’s rewarding to have the opportunity to contribute value to someone’s life, and through this I’m grateful to learn something new about myself every day.
What’s one thing you wish people understood about recovery?
There’s no magic pill and there’s no ‘full stop’. It’s a choice every day to show up for yourself, a long road of small sure steps. And it’s worth it.
