Get to know Kristi:

What does wellbeing look like for you — day to day?
For me, wellbeing is about balance. It's making time to move my body through exercise, prioritising recovery just as much as training, eating well, and making sure I have time away from work to recharge. Looking after my own wellbeing allows me to show up fully for both the people I work with and the people I love.
What's one small ritual or practice that keeps you centred?
Exercise is my reset. Whether it's a gym session, a walk, or simply getting outside in ocean, moving my body helps clear my mind and keeps me grounded. I'm also a big believer in recovery and taking the time to slow down, whether that's using a sauna, stretching, or just switching off from work, makes a huge difference.
Why did you choose to work in this space?
I've always been passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Working in the health and recovery space gives me the opportunity to support people through some of the most challenging times in their lives and watch them rebuild confidence, purpose, and hope. Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.
What's one thing you wish people knew about recovery?
Recovery isn't about being perfect or getting it right every time it's about being willing to keep showing up, even on the hard days. Everyone's journey looks different, and meaningful change takes time. With the right support, consistency, and commitment, recovery is absolutely possible.
