What does wellbeing look like for you — day to day?

For me, day-to-day wellbeing looks like balance — nourishing food, restful sleep, and movement; time in nature and with loved ones; and practices like journaling, self-reflection, and mindfulness that keep me connected to what matters.

What’s one small ritual or practice that keeps you centred?

My go-to is a simple grounding practice — slowing my breath and feeling my feet on the ground and imagining roots growing down beneath me.

Why did you choose to work in this space?

I came to this work through my own lived experience of what it means to be genuinely supported through hard times.

What’s one thing you wish people knew about recovery?

Healing is never linear — it’s messy, hard and at times invisible, yet always moving forward even when you can’t see it.
