Getting to Know Tyson

What does wellbeing look like for you, day to day?
Staying in alignment with behaviours that support both nurturing and growth within myself and the relationships around me.
What’s one small ritual or practice that helps keep you centred?
One of the most powerful tools I use is Strength training, it clears my mind and centres my body.
Why did you choose to work in this space?
I have lived experience of chronic pain alongside a life that has had challenges that needed consistency and patience to overcome - recovery is this.
What’s one thing you wish people understood about recovery?
It is not linear, it zig zags, spirals and loops, as long as you are pointing in the right direction despite the creative drawing called life -  you will be on path to recovery.
